[LLG] Cleaner, Decon 75

A low foaming and biodegradable phosphate surfactant with a pH of 10 in 2% aqueous solution. The cleaner is alkaline and is therefore unsuitable for cleaning non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, zinc and silver. Supplied in plastic containers.
